chocolate miniature nestle crunches with caramel. now I don't feel well. kept saying just one more, next thing I know the bag was gone.

hey CMS could work. I can hurry up and scribble into someone's medical journal and make it official.
but I was so sick. I just had to lay down and ride out the stomach ache thinking boy I'm a dumbass for eating all that chocolate
