well today is National Piss Ants Day as all charges will be dropped.

no one will never know what happened in that house. no atonement will be required for the hate based email or the racial comments.

they'll be free to become your next elected official or future corporate leader, responsible for hiring and placing others like them.

but, karma is a bitch! I think Finnerty will end up in prison. his track record is headed that way.

but the most hilarious thing is the lawyers for the little piss ants bringing forth ethics charges against the D.A. talk about pot calling kettle black. and they would have done anything UNETHICAL to defend the little piss ants.

but as I said initially, charges were NEVER to be filed against white men from a black woman's word. remove the man who forgot that rule (Nifong) and put the case into the original boys in the hood's hands. and things are now right again!

well, the D.A. Nifong is facing ethics charges and possible disbarment.

what did he do: break the cardinal British-ruled slavery law - never EVER file rape charges against a white male or men when the accuser is black, or in their words, a nigger bitch.

and the NY Daily News was so quick to demonize the rape victim. plastered her face on the front page of their news and called her the face of evil the day after charges were dropped against the piss ants. funny, Kate Faber was able to quietly disappear, the mainstream media protected her trashy ass until the end.

just like the same mainstream media will protect 3 trashy ass rapists: Seligman, Finnerty and the other creep!

because we all know if they were black athletes and the victim was white WITH the same history as the black victim, those black players will be in prison still awaiting a trial.

I will keep Nifong in my prayers and if he's convicted will find a way to make sure he's supported. because I know damn well he wouldn't have gone forward with the case even if the governor of the state was black unless an actual crime occurred.

and to show you how Seligman, Finnerty, and the others have ABSOLUTELY NO ethics, they still have not discussed what happened in that frat house and will sit quietly while a man is prosecuted for their wrong doing.

karma is a bitch! can't wait to see what Finnerty, Seligman and the other creeps fate will be.

but for black women, if ever raped, just start killing. don't wait for a trial for justice, this case is living proof there will never be. just kill or maim his rapist ass, his family and anyone who looks like him. if you're gonna be demonized by the media regardless of what you do, may as well take the real demons with ya! and if ya maim him or his family, everytime he looks at himself or family, he'll be reminded of how he raped someone and got away with it, but now has to suffer or watch someone suffer.

New lawsuit from Duke LAX players

DURHAM (WTVD) -- More than three dozen members of the 2006 Duke University men's lacrosse team and members of their families filed suit against Duke University, its President Richard Brodhead and other officials, Duke's medical center, and the City of Durham and city officials for emotional distress and other injuries in connection with false rape charges and a corrupt police investigation against team members in 2006.

Charles J. Cooper, attorney for the players, explained the complaint during a press conference at The National Press Club in Washington, D.C. Thursday afternoon.

The suit, filed today in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, said University officials remained silent even though they possessed convincing evidence of the players' innocence and also "lent credibility to the rape allegations by capitulating to an angry mob's demands to condemn and punish the innocent players and their blameless coach."

Former Durham County prosecutor Mike Nifong won indictments against three lacrosse players in 2006, accusing them of raping a stripper at a team party.

But the case unraveled amid the accuser's constantly changing story and a lack of evidence.

The charges were dismissed and the players exonerated by North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper in April 2007 after he took over the investigation from the local district attorney, Michael Nifong.

Nifong was later disbarred for his handling of the case.

The three accused players reached an undisclosed financial settlement with Duke in June, but later filed their own federal civil rights lawsuit against Nifong, the City of Durham and the police detectives who handled the case.

That case is still pending, as is a separate federal lawsuit filed by three unindicted players who sued the university, Nifong and dozens of others for inflicting emotional distress.

Omg I wish I wish I wish I could just hold on to them for like 2 days. I don't know why them and their families think that anyone owes them anything. I don't know if the allegations are true or what but they put them in the position to be blamed for something. I think the president did the right thing by ending their season because what would have happened if it was true that would have been a big embarrassment to the school. What make them think that even if the rape didnt occur underage drinking is OK. Why do people think that money equals the right to do whateva ya feel like? Everybody from Grandma and Grandpa on down needs a hard knock upside the head lesson on life.
