SteelEye Technology

Unfortunately, these are the people who probably believe they can even get away with murder. They commit one foul act after another and never with any remorse. How do they do it? Outrageous, unconscionable behavior, fraud, deceit and other foul acts discussed here. We all make mistakes. It's what happens after that separates humans from animals.

SteelEye Technology

Hi Tamra,
I'm glad I read the information. Listen, I cannot believe that after all you went through, that they didn't offer some sort of compensation for your losses. That also would have allowed them to engage in a confidentiality agreement, for which you have none with them and are free to disclose anything about them. And you've kept everything well documented. I especially loved reading their statements to Zurich, probably made over drinks, and then the complete opposite statements to Delanie Friarson.

And to think they think believe they will be successful by screwing over people is absolutely amazing. What I can't believe is that unsuspecting customers are buying their products, knowing how they feel about their customers and how they hate successful consumer software release processes. That Julia woman sounds like a spoiled brat who instigated a lot, and could care less about customers, other than "send us money to let us do what we want".

And I've noticed they're now going with a new name of lifekeeper to step away from their previous negative behaviors. I'm guessing to reinvent themselves to deceive others. Probably why they're exclusively staying overseas as that market wouldn't be as informed of their continual deceitful behaviors and coverups.

Would you be interested in speaking at one of our seminars? I'm sure customers interested in what happens before purchasing a consumer software would find this information of value. I'd also like to feature some of the SteelEye articles and information in our next issue.

By the way, did Rindy or James ever provide you with a copy of that fictitious lawsuit? Maybe they'll make it surface one day as another one of their fabrications. I also received no phone call back from her about it. I guess another confirmation she and James lied about that as well.

Sad, but even sadder is investors are handing over more money to this no-win situation.

wow, just saw your message. sorry. but the info has been available for consumers to be aware. that's about all I have the energy to deal with regarding them. I need to focus on my daily needs first, then dealing with scum later.

and just for the record, steeleye doesn't feel it did anything wrong. they also keep saying chan hired me, therefore why would he do anyone wrong. but if chan was the only reason for taking that job, lord knows I wouldn't have. I worked directly with jim before, NOT CHAN, and trusted jim and his judgement. in fact I'm kicking my ass still for not following my instincts which said don't go because of something hearsay I knew about him and his weird behavior at OTGS and he'd be remotely involved. I assumed I'd be working with jim more not the professional time wasters instead.

both jim and sue got screwed over by chan and only a matter of time before the "negro you better wake up and realize you're in klan territory" managers horned in. and maria used the oldest trick in the book. gross hearing him talk about how much he liked her AND ON MY TIME, and with his devoted wife standing by!!

after that situation I just sat down and thought about everything and the only thing that all those people have in common is me. so I figure I (1) must attract the snakes of the world, (2) didn't follow my instincts or (3) I needed to bare witness of their activities which they have been getting away with FOR YEARS and still doing so now. true, we all do dirt, but it's what you do after you do dirt that separates humans from animals. I'm always the stupid one to apologize or realize my own errors so it removes theirs moreso. but not in this dayum case.

I just happened to be in the wrong place at wrong time for 2 reasons: black and coming here with a software release process that involves the whole company , which freaked Julia out. they didn't understand why it was important to involve sales first for a consumer product, OR HOW ELSE WILL SALES KNOW WHAT TO SELL or provide what the customer wants or needs. And allow quality assurance to plan for the product release testing. Palm, Apple, and every other company in Silicon Valley was stupid to them apparently, yet this WAS their first time in a startup situation releasing a consumer product. but Julia was like Hitler when it came to what customers wanted (see the emails).

it would have been too difficult for them to put themselves in my shoes (called humanity), but notice it was easy to lie and deceive others.

and rindy won't call you back, there is nor ever was a lawsuit. they just made that up about the founders, and then threw my name in it, to keep employees from talking to someone to find out the truth. the same employees they later screwed over as well.

well, if what goes around comes around, I certainly would love to see it in this case, but won't hold my breath. this is the time of deceivers, false prophets and war mongers. just counting my blessings for each day that I can eat and focusing on "today"

whoa check this out

this person:
pcp0010110561pcs.johnsisland.sc.chrlstn.comcast.net is in my store's logs, which just goes on and on. that's Charleston, Johns Island, So Carolina for those who don't know. I'll post the entire log to check out.

and take a wild guess who they are? they've been the most frequent visitor to site for past 4 years. they've made "fake" threats behind back to others as if honorable and credible to have their info hidden on site so they can continue the "disguise" for profit.

it's little bobby from steeleye. poor thing. shouldn't have done the dirt esp with an open arrangement. what'd they think, I'd lose almost 500K, all would be well and I'd just say "oh well, I certainly deserved it", while paying a fraud a hefty package to leave, only to have him shortly after convicted of securities fraud.

HAYLE NOPE. not until I get my $$ back will things be ok. I'm silly like that, esp. since I worked for what I had since 16 unlike the fraud paid off.

but apparently he's been enjoying you guy's post for months now. :lmfao:

Prince Harry and nazi insignia

Post by Hmph »

seems to me they're making a big issue about nothing, given SteelEye, which had to take its act overseas, is a software company for Europe and proudly supports a klan based organization. and like their lead software engineer says, nothing wrong with the confederate flag because the swaztika is proudly displayed in India. so give Prince Harry a break given the numerous investors who've given SteelEye a break for its hate and fraud based practices.

Harry sorry for Nazi uniform stunt

Wednesday, January 12, 2005 Posted: 7:10 PM EST (0010 GMT)

(CNN) -- Britain's Prince Harry apologized Wednesday for wearing a Nazi uniform to a party, admitting he made a bad choice and saying through his publicist, "I am very sorry if I caused any offense."

The apology was released by the Clarence House Press office: "I am very sorry if I caused any offense or embarrassment to anyone. It was a poor choice of costume and I apologize."

The press office said, "Prince Harry apologized tonight after he was pictured on the front page of The Sun newspaper in a Nazi soldier's uniform which he wore to a fancy dress party."

An image of the front page of Thursday's editions was released to the media late Wednesday.

A large headline reads, "Harry the Nazi."

Next to it stands the prince, who is wearing slacks and a short-sleeve shirt, both beige, with a red Nazi insignia on his left arm.

Prince Harry is third in line to the British throne after his father, Prince Charles, and his brother, Prince William.

Sun Managing Editor Graham Dudman advised media outlets it owned the copyright to the images and must be credited for their use.

You got a point there. If a major european bank can support SteelEye, which supports the swastika and conf. flag, then this is a double standard.

5 years later and after SteelEye paying Drawdy, a swindler, to leave, I'm still getting a bill from the Channler Drawdy/Kevin Berry fraud. I figured they claim to be ETHICAL and have a legitimate business, but apparently it's all a sham. they weren't even interested in resolving THEIR bill and I'm supposed to pay it and fees for it.

yeah right! so now, we're off to the SEC and other organizations. sad because being dishonest daily and then asking customers to buy their software which involves trust!

maybe they should have done the homework and realized Tamra IS REALLY NOT PLAYING and with nothing to lose after their fraud. they're the one standing there like a serial killer pretending to be saints or good upstanding citizens. but can smell their shyat waaaay over here.

Wow. You would think with the phone messages Fat Bastard left, including about his love for Maria, no non-disclosure agreement, & extensive documentation they would wake the hell up.

Some folks have to learn the hard way. Nothing good comes from deceit & fraud. You were too patient with just hoping things would work out. I would have gone all out legal on their azzes, make them think twice.

But having the bill sent to you for something fraudulent done leaves room open. Well, think about it for now. I know your plate is full & you just want people to do the right thing. But these days doing right & treating people fairly after you've wronged them is unheard of.

well here's something that's priceless. it's from venrock's site regarding how they make their investment choices. none of this applies to their investing in steeleye, so I guess another lie exposed. yet they're asking people to purchase software that involves credibility and trust.
Our investments continue to be found exclusively in the areas of Information Technology and Healthcare/Life Sciences. While opportunities are viewed individually, elements common to all of Venrock investments include:
- Capable management teams with an entrepreneurial vision, drive, and pertinent experience.
- Products which address dynamic markets with high growth rates and substantial size.
- Leading edge or breakthrough technology with a proprietary and/or a leadership position.
- Thoughtful assessment of the risks of the target market sector and those inherent in early stage companies.
:yeahright: because here's who $22 million and executive authority was given to and soley relied upon: http://www.securities.state.ks.us/proce ... ellar.html
not to mention the shady folks Drawdy brought on and worked directly with are still involved. :bs: but his girlfriend's (Maria Scott), "services" ended after his paid departure. Drawdy should have been given the boot, but good w/out 1 cent as what was done to other employees with enough integrity to NOT put up with Drawdy's nonsense.

what pisses me off is the product i have is meets all 4 above and more and is better along with seasoned managers from palm, including ACTUAL military vets (something drawdy even lied about), and an engineer from japan whose location helps. but a nigra has to jump thru hoops for investments, take out a business loan, etc., while bullshiters like drawdy and fitzgerald can be easily handed $22million++ to throw down the drain, oh and for paying off their securities fraud fines, and all while lying daily. :nope: a dayum shame but their karma will catch up to them

in light of the bill continually being received as a result of Drawdy's and SteelEye's fraud, yes I am available. I will need audio capabilities to play the phone messages left by Drawdy. if this doesn't speak directly to their credibility and cover up actions afterwards, than the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus really do exist.

call me directly (will PM numbers) and let's work out conference schedules. I'll be sure to contact all those interested, and would benefit on my end.

Hmmm just realized something

as long as I keep getting a bill for the channler drawdy fraud, they can't continue to deny or cover up his existence. the bill keeps drawdy's existence public and the fact that he was hired and paid off just before being convicted of securities fraud.

so I guess some things happen for a reason as so much effort has been made to sweep the drawdy issue under the rug.
