It's a sad day in the trucking industry here in NJ as the horrific accident in the website nbc10.com shows. I did not know the driver, Arnold Johnson age 55, personally but many here in the industry did. His tractor and trailer is the one in flames, and is also what is left of it in the very first frame in the still shots. I'm requesting a small prayer for those loved ones he has left behind as there are many.

It's soo sad. They've just reopened the turnpike about 1/2 or so ago. The news doesn't report the trucking companys' names, so I was a little nervous coming to work this morning and it turned out like this. What is also so sad is that he caused the accident.

Accidents happen. I would think the car would be equally as responsible as the truck. Truckers have more training. Drivers rarely pay attention. Prayers are with all on this one. Hopefully others will learn what not to do to prevent something like this in future.

We have a driver missing now for 4 days. He loads with us on a regular basis and is a good consciencious man. He just got married a week ago and his wife has not heard from him nor his dispatcher or anyone in my office. Things do not look good. We would all just like to find him wherever he is.
