because of repeated spammers, I set the board to approve new accounts via board admins since the only new folks are spammers advertising URLs. this way I can be notified immediately of their account and can delete it immediately. they're using the board to get their site indexed and solicit fraudulent services.when I get my puter fixed and make site changes, I'll remove this and continue
advertising for new members but w/the new content and topics.
