i just got a new puter and need some help.
i have installed Itunes and my Ipod on my old puter and would like to migrate this over to my new one. I reinstalled Itunes onto the new one, then stuck my Ipod (full of songs) into the USB port of my new PC and it is not reading any of my music. I know Apple has some file sharing copyright protector, ,but shouldn't my Computer recognize my Ipod and its music once I have reinstalled the ITunes disc?
Next question is I just got my puter today and the A key came off...should i send it back to dell? holy crap!!

Well...as far as the keyboard goes...I don't think any keys are supposed to fall off the keyboard so umm...thats up to you.
The IPod...well, when you install ITunes, there should be an IPod driver CD (I think its the same one) that came with your IPod. You need to install that first in order for Windows to recognize the device. If you don't have the CD anymore, you might want to check out apple's website and see if they have the drivers available for download.
