Ok be honest

could you date a really dingy person? I mean someone who no common sense, that you have to explain just about everything to like how to answer a phone, how to click a button, or that they actually need to read something first, but instead would rather you to walk them through it because there's just too many words (2 lines of short instructions) and "it's all confusing". :nerd: (how in the hell did these people make it through school, or get through a day of work? :? )

I'm talking basic stuff not high tech or medical science. but also talking about things that with just a little thought could be figured out, esp. if it involves somethng they use daily. like if you can't hear person, perhaps the volume is too low on cell phone? :silly:

and say the person was dingy and unattractive as I know lots of people take trophy brides or hubbies and don't care what's up top. but could you do that?

I would think it'd be frustrating and non-challenging , but then again, it could be a challenge to put up with that daily. and say you have kids, you're doing double duty, as you have to guide not one but two or more people.

but when throwing this question out in a women's group, they felt a dumb man was worse than a man who's lousy in the "romance" department.

what cha think?

Welllllllll.... if you could see my neighbors, you'd see perfect evidence of the old adage, "There's someone for everyone.". In addition to (and I hate to sound so shallow, especially given that I'm never going to make Ms. Tamra breathe heavily like Bruce Willis) being just downright f-ugly, but daaaaaayum, they got the brain power of cheesecloth, I swear! It reminds me of something my Uncle taught me - "Ignorance is curable, stupidity is forever.". I can't tell you how many times I've been over to their house to fix their computer - and it's always been just moronic stuff (video cable coming loose, the power-strip needed to be reset, etc.) - makes ya wanna pull your hair out dealing with them - BUT... they're very happy together, it seems, so who am I to judge? :D

man, what is it with the hate of bruce willis? haters :taunt: you know I never should have removed the topic about well-aged hotties. bruce willis wasn't the only man on almost every woman's wish list.

the list, or my list included
Keenan Ivory Wayans
Sean Connery
Bruce, of course
Colin Farrell
Dennis Haysbert
and someone mentioned Jimmy Smits, who I have to agree with too.

Ya do gotta wonder about the mentality of someone who names his daughters Rumer, Tellulah and Scout, though. Wonder what he was smokin' those days...

To be really honest, I know I couldn't date someone like that...if I had to explain every little thing to them, I'd lose patience real quick. I mean, come on, those things that you mentioned were more of a mix of being dumb and ignorant. Besides, intelligence is one of my best traits, and I don't want a girl that couldn't even understand me half the time because she has no common sense. (Even though my mom used to tell me that I have no common sense for years now...but thats another story)

umm in his defense, the same wife who left him for a child (Ashton) herself named these kids. Bruce told me he wasn't a decision maker in this. yeah we tight like that. :taunt:

and Keenan Ivory Wayans? yeah thank goodness you ain't attracted to him, Greg (whoops), one less person I gotta kill off. that's a good looking man. smart and funny.

but I wish I'd have left that topic, pretty interesting names on it. so we can come back and argue over it later. :lashes:

Heck, I still have a hard time making out what Mike Tyson is trying to say. Can you imagine trying to make out what Mike Tyson is trying to say to you?

Mike Tyson: Last nite I ate some chocolate cake before getting in the ring drinking some Kirkland water when i went and ate something in Colorado before Vegas when my printer broke down but I don't know how to use it.

Gregglobe: Excuse me??

Mike Tyson: :lmfao: And then Don King slipped and fall when he tried to put some knickels in the slots Regis didn't want to put me on da show oh man my stereo's woofer was making a sound but ate some soup and and i pretended to sing some kayoki and man i gotta fight in europe and I still eating some sweets I was laughin cuz she laugh just like me

Did Mike Tyson say that? Or did someone make that up?

But forget yall. Bruce Willis is one good looking man. Just something yall won't understand. Too bad you took that topic down Tam.

But for dating a dingy person HAYLES NAWWWW cannot deal with no stupid man. I don't care if he has Bill Gates money. It is not worth the aggravation if I had to deal with them regularly. You would spend more time trying to figure out how to kill them off or trying not to roll eyes directly at them so you wont hurt feelings.

I guess this is because I spend all day explaining things to customers who refuse to read then want to blame us for not reading. Then have to walk them through things not once but several times. If I had to come home to that you would see me on news one day for a homicide. Final part of news story would be "the suspect was found eating lunch over the body flipping through channels on television with a very peaceful look on their face".

It is one thing to school a child, they need guidance. But an adult who manages to get up on their own, get dressed and drive to work? Nope. Nah ah. Neva. :neva:
