Man gets $218 trillion phone bill

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia: Think your phone bill is high? A Malaysian man says he nearly fainted when he got $218 trillion phone bill - that's U.S. dollars.

Yahaya Wahab says he's been ordered to pay up within ten days or face prosecution.

The New Straits Times reports the bill was for a line that was supposed to have been disconnected in January.

The unhappy phone customer says he can't wait to face Telekom Malaysia in court, if the company follows through with its threat.

dang.,.yeah, i read that one, could you even imagine???

sometimes tho, i'm surprised my cellphone bill isn't that much!!

Scary becuz in a country like that who knows what the man's fate will be b4 the problem is figured out.

Luckily the story is now global in case if he's imprisoned or harmed, someone will do something.

But yeah...something is fishy there...especially since the line was supposed to be disconnected months ago!
