if there has been let me know, but none that I know of. perhaps if there were, there'd be no need for all black colleges, where ironically whites are allowed to excel in all areas of the university, including black fraternities and sororities.
the reason the education is an issue is this where american leaders are "bred", including political and corporate leaders who set the tone, including racial tones and attitudes towards african-americans. and it applies directly to that "my euro ancestors came here with nothing and look at what all they accomplished" -- YEAH W/OUT JIM CROW and unequal rights!
