I have to admit I did follow this season, except for the bachelor tell all.

and I WON!!! I won $1.00 (one dollar) because I bet that he was not going to propose and that it would end with a "be my girlfriend while we see how this goes"

however, I will say he made the right choice. Moana was a basketcase. I was really pulling for her, but she needs counseling. she couldn't talk to his parents -- dude, they're like really important to him. and the parents were fair and grounded.

Moana couldn't even state why she felt Travis was important to her, or why they fit -- dude like really mature for 2 people considering a lifetime commitment.

Moana couldn't talk to Travis when he asked her about the girls at the house on their last date. she snapped back at him (theme from Psycho starts playing in my head) - it was a simple question and duuh related to relationship issues. she had an equal chance as Sarah, but blew it w/the parents, and it was all downhill.

she was infatuated w/Travis which the relation could have gone either way.

Sarah on the other hand is more stable, great w/kids and would be a great desperate housewife! plus she knows how to be a friend. I couldn't even see her cheating on Travis, and when Travis is on duty for long hours, I could see her w/her parents or sisters doing normal stuff. plus her mother was so incredibly great, the perfect mother who's also a friend. :cheeze: that scene talking to her mother while picking out a dress really made me cry. I couldn't believe I was crying during the show I hate but it was real and again, her mother was the bomb. and even perfect they live a half mile away. how cool is that?

Moana I could see her taking off or doing something extremely emotional while Travis is away for long hours.

I didn't watch but heard the ending & choice was a shocker. Apparently he was more intimate with the girl not chosen. But she had 'people' issues.

I think the show should be titled "Find A Girlfriend". There has only been 1 marriage.

they already broke up! I wonder if he'll hook up w/Moana and finish that fling!

this show is a complete JOKE and a FRAUD! and it's a fraud because they knew they had broken up WHILE the episodes had aired.

you're right it should be called find a girlfriend until something better comes along.

or maybe they should produce in real time w/a 2 week delay only.

'The Bachelor' Couple Say Romance Is Over

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Humphrey Bogart said it to Ingrid Bergman in "Casablanca" and now Dr. Travis Stork can say it to Sarah Stone: "We'll always have Paris."

Stork, an emergency room physician, chose Stone, an elementary school teacher, in the finale of ABC's "The Bachelor: Paris" last week.

The couple told The Tennessean in a joint interview Monday they are no longer a couple.

Stork, 33, said the rules that prohibited them from dating or being together in public between the end of the show's taping in November and the Feb. 27 finale were hard on their relationship.

The France-set "Bachelor" deployed 25 women to vie for Stork's affections during a series of glamorous dates. The season began in January.

"You're in Paris and you're part of this incredible experience, this fantasy world, and then suddenly you come back to Nashville, and living in the same city I think we thought was going to be a great thing," he said. "But instead, you're forced to pretend you don't know someone, for essentially the last four months.

"The reality is that we were in this fantasy world. And now that we're back in Nashville, over time when you're not allowed to see someone, you grow apart."

Stone, 26, said, "I definitely think it would've worked out differently" if she and Stork had met and dated under different circumstances.

"We wouldn't have had all the baggage that comes from being on this show. It would just be the two of us being able to hang out and get to know each other in a normal situation," she said.

Both said they remain single and unattached and that they had no regrets about doing the show.

"Through this time, we realized that it was a great experience in Paris and that we're so lucky to have met one another in Paris, and we'll never forget that," Stone said. "And we both agree and know that we'll be friends forever."

Asked if they might reconnect romantically after publicity has died down, both just laughed.
