It never ceases to amaze me how rights of victims are overlooked in situations like this. Where is the outrage for the girl raped & murdered? Are just the parents outraged? A jury sentenced him to death. So what he changed. The victim didn't change back to living!!! Therefore, his change in behavior is a day late and a dollar short.
