WOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Personally, I like this one:

The waterfall one I made for my daughter for her birthday last year, and I made one for my best friend's bridal shower. You are right, they are warm and soft!

I've made so many over the past 23+ years. I wish I had photographed them all. I just started taking pics recently.

I used to just finish, wrap it up and give it recipient right away

and I have yet to make one for myself! :xfrown: no time

but I did make this purse the other day

Image

it's made out of LionBrand Suede and their Fun Fur yarn. I love it. it's just the right size and is so soft.

and look at my cats' whiskers in the picture at the top. nosy heffa!

Wow, that is nice. I tought myself how to crochet a couple years ago, and like you, I have not made myself anything. BUT this year, everyone got tie-quilts as presents, and I did manage to make a couple for myself and hubby. But, the baby likes them so much that he has taken them over. Oh well.....

I know I finally made myself scaves, hats and mittens and have never purchased any in store again. they are so warm. in 8 degree weather, I was almost sweating w/one of the thick scarves I made wrapped around my neck. no chill on ears w/hats and hands were so warm like I was wearing heaters on my hands.

but that purse was too easy. it's knit but a slip stitch in between knit to make the linen stitch pattern. and the fur lining is just knitted on afterwards. I'm thinking of making a cell phone pocket onto it.

I may have time to do all 3 this month, if I can squeeze time in on weekends.

so looks like all 3 should actually receive a prize. :jazzy:

I just have to find out which type MsNikaPooh wants and that'll give me a schedule.

I'm only hours away from finishing Marcus'. I hope I remember to take a pic. usually when I'm done, I head off to ship it because I have X time to get to post office

or he can take a pic w/it when he gets it.

hint-hint Laurie :wait: still waiting for that pic of you w/hat & scarf. the photos I took were dark, couldn't see much.
