Hey neighbor.

Hard to not know about the Palisades area. Great surfing nearby & views. But I know you know it is hard going anywhere in So. Cal lately. Congestion is bad & bad drivers.

I was Born and raised in Pac Pal last visited for a high school reunion in 2002. I am itching to return again soon. My sister lives there still and all my girl friends. What a fun time to return. I still have 1/3 interest in Palisades property so as I hold that I can continue to call myself a palisadian.

Tamra, just one more thank you. I just returned from Barnes and Noble. I turned in my gift card towards some Harry Potter tapes. The first time I went they did not have it. So I put it on order. They sent Cassettes instead of CD's but thats still just wonderful. I had to thank you before I opened them up. Mom always told me to not enjoy the present until you thank the gift giver.

I may be posting more after I get broadband. I have been limping along with dial up for a long time and my DSL will be working on October 4. I am looking forward to more and more speed. Watch out on the race track, I am gaining on you all.

well that's good to hear. yeah I was in dial-up hell in one area where they don't even know about high speed. crazy. but lots of areas like that exist all over U.S. apparently. but hey something is better than nothing.

and I'm glad you could use and enjoy the card. and hope you're feeling better.

oh and I forgot to mention, Vinnie lives off the luxurious mulholland dr. area and between him and his brother (both are tall, fine and good looking), they can afford the coffee and should be stripping for us ladies!!!

Vinnie, I saw the fire on TV. Is that near you?

given he's in law enforcement and his brother and cousins are firefighters in so. cali, doubt he'll be back anytime soon because everyone is focused on evacuations and containing. even help from northern cali. has headed down to so. cali. but I saw the news, the location was more towards oxnard, which I thought was an opposite direction/area? but most I know about so. cali is Santa Barbara, Riverside, but over 15 years ago and Redondo Beach.
