Ever hear of Allen Carr?? He's an ex-smoker who has seminars all over to help people stop smoking. I have his book "easy way to stop smoking"; which I am going to get through before the new year, and hopefully make a serious attempt to stop.
He talks about why we smoke, why we can't quit, and how much we are affected by the advertising. He's allegedly helped a lot of people to quit the nasty habit.
The nicotine craving is horrid, but I do think it is more psychological than physical.

You all have to quit. It's not healthy for you @ all. :shame: :wall:

I know it will be hard. But the payoff will be worth it. :clap:

Whoa......I've been taking wellbutrin XL for a few Days to help me quit smoking. It seems to be working, but i totally feel like i just smoked da chronic.

so if I post anything weird, ever, for the next few weeks, all i can say is whooaaaaaa :mexican:

Oh thank you thank you. It really is working....I just don't quite feel like Miltie....kinda spacey, kinda weird...a traffic accident waiting to happen!!!!
