this makes no sense to me. I watched Shasta's father's statement and I totally agree. it was unacceptable for someone like him, a level 3 offender to be out on the streets.

the moment he disappeared a high alert to all states should have been issued, with posters everywhere so the moment he stops to get gas or something someone's calling it in!

maybe we need a "Before Amber" alert!

hey not as barbaric as what he did to Dylan, Shasta, her parents, her other brother and the other boys Duncan raped and tortured.

and I was being nice. I could have got medieval on his ass, but giving him a break

I guess it's the sympathy I have for the pain that Dylan, Shasta, her other brother and mother went through that makes me care less about violent offenders who obviously showed no remorse ahead of time for what he WAS GOING to do to Shasta, Dylan and the family.

AND that sick twisted fuq hasn't shown remorse after. he should immediately plead guilty and ask to be sentenced to death immediately! but instead he wants to play the court game where he'll be sent to prison and get to rape others there too, while being provided food and clothing.

so fairness would be a nice stabbing death and tossed somewhere off a cliff for animals to enjoy.
