DNA should be available tomorrow if they release it. I heard from the clothes they think it's him. This is an absolute horror for this little girl. He repeatedly raped them in front of the other. I just wonder if little Dylans body gave out during one of those brutal sessions or if he killed him outright.

but shasta is able to smile now, a sign of relief that the main nightmare is over

but I take it the parents were drug dealers so it looks as if shasta could have encountered all sorts of shady characters on a regular basis. I guess they didn't count on this drifter. :sigh:

I JUST DON'T WANT A TRIAL (AS IN MORE $$ SPENT ON THIS SOMMABEEHOTCH!!!), STRAIGHT TO DEATH! see those prison guards ARE too nice. he'd be dead on my watch, for sure! yup just before my lunch break that I would surely enjoy too!

You know funny you mention that smile. I'm not really sure what I'm seeing there. Her nightmare is way from over as now she has to recount her horrible events. They are saying she doesn't know the word rape and are using the dolls to get her to explain what happened to her and Dylan. How could THIS guy still be running around is beyond me.

umm :sigh: it's the law. perhaps the law doesn't really understand the extent of pedophilia and truly believes that after x-amount of time served the person is capable of leading a manageable life (managed by parole officers who are already over burdened with other violent offenders). rape (of a child or adult) is a mental disorder that can never be corrected under any circumstances. and in many cases a family cycle in the case of duncan.

a child who gets help or right environment can erase child abuse and live normally, but if left alone either becomes a predator or a lifetime victim for others (prostitute, abused wife/girlfriend, etc.

the moment duncan disappeared and failed to show up as required for a court hearing, a nationwide protect your children from this man alert should have went out, but instead we only have alerts after the child is taken.

same with john couey in florida, where he is at all times should have been provided to all neighborhood parents. and I'll be damned if I could have slept knowing someone like him was a neighbor.

tamra you know I haaaaaaaaaaaaate these long ass posts. What do you mean it's the law ? The law does understand, they just don't know what to do with them. Because under Reagan the bad boys are supposed to be the druggies. Those folks inhabit the majority of the prison cells and there is no room to keep the real offenders in prison. There needs to be a new amendment or law or however it is supposed to be termed. These offenders have gotten a free ride because of the drug laws. Ok send me to jail for having an ounce of marahoochie but let the rapers of children go free??? !!!!!

Well how about the judge who set his bail at $15,000 when he was charged with molesting a 6 year old little boy.

What the hell was the judge thinking?!?!? :wall:

I think that also falls into lack of understanding for these types of crimes. the laws are already set to determine bail amount, length of sentence, parole conditions and more.

it's assumed if procedures are followed people like Duncan will behave or don't pose a threat to others at a certain time. but they should instead be treated like little hannibal lectors! but remember, they have "rights" (whatever the hell that means)

unbelievable
http://www.cnn.com/2005/LAW/07/10/idaho ... index.html
(CNN) -- Investigators said Sunday that DNA testing "positively identified" human remains found in Montana last week as those of missing 9-year-old Dylan Groene.
and the fact that we're feeding this friggin' Duncan guy and providing shelter, food and clothing is even more unbelievable

I just wish the Rat F**k would spill his guts on all of it. Hopefully, that would be enough so Shasta dosn't have to testify. Re-living those horrors 1-2 years later (and thats how long these damn cases take!) will really screw up any therapy she will have gotten by the time it hits the courts.

Finding Dylan alive would have been a miracle for sure. :( :(

If there is any good of this, it is that Idaho will fry his sorry ass just on the kidnapping charges. Sad apart about that is, he will probably sit on death row long enough to cost the tax payer mucho bucks.

I understand Dylan was located in Montana, does anyone know what the death penalty laws are there? And if this happened in a National Forest, we are looking at a Federal trial as well.

Yup...this one is going to take awhile.

Hope the bass-turd slips in the shower and hits his head (repeatedly!)
