The Time Traveller's Wife

Good plot, dumb ending.
Long story short: story about a man who travels back and forth thru time and meets his wife for the first time when she is 4 and he is 30 something, but when they meet in real time, she knows who he is but he doesn;t know who she is, but they fall in love anyway. He continues to travel back and forth thru time throughout their relationship, seeing her in her teens, her old age, etc.

I was expecting a bang at the end, but there was none. Cool thing about it for me, anyway, is that it takes place almost entirely in the nieghborhood i currently live in, so all the scenarios were current and familiar.

Supposedly has a screenplay wiritten for it and brad pitt and jennifer aniston were reviewing it to possibly play the main characters... don;t think that will be happening now.

so the book and brad and jen are a bust

it sounds strange but funny I was thinking about that possibility today as well with someone who seems to just be drawn to each other for some strange reason.
