Hotter than a Mo'Fo

I don't know where some of you good people are located, but it is hot and humid as HEEEEEEEELlllllllllllllll in Chicago. ughhhhhhh and it's only going to get hotter!

My A/C just can't seem to cool off my open-layout vintage apartment with it's 10' ceilings.

umm it's hot everywhere, but not as hot as arizona!!! I heard it's in the 100's!

and not to mention there's a major fire going in parts of arizona.

but NYC/New England area is still in 70's, so I guess coolest place to be for now.

I know what you mean. I just washed my hair, it dried before I had a chance to dry it officially.

cats are loving the heat because lots of critters to chase. and a bird is punking my cats, weird. he comes over and walks on the balcony right in front of them, and of course, flies off when they take one step.

but most of time, cats are laying out like lions from the heat.

I have a/c in one room, but the cats choose to lay out like they're dead in the hottest room in the apt. instaead. Dumbass animals!

strange my cats do same thing. I wonder if it's because they don't like artificial air? they'd rather go outside in extreme heat and just lay around like a lion in africa's heat than sit in AC and be hand fed

joking about that one. their meals are personal. i'm to leave it in the bowl and disappear or they'll strike me if I'm within striking distance.

yeah, chile, I've moved up the ranks to slave girl #1.

but funny. I have 2 cats, 1 only eats dry, the other only eats can, which is expensive. but the one who eats dry food eats with her paw, as in she scoops it up with her paw and moves food to her mouth. I guess she watched me eating my food as a kitten since her sister never ate dry food.

it's cute. and she's a neat freak, she makes a mess, she cleans it up.
