Happy 4th of July!!

Post by KingFo1 »

Hey everyone, just thought I'd pop in for a sec and wish everyone a happy holiday...

..As for me, I've been busy with work, the move, and everything happening all at once. This is the first real break I've gotten since I graduated!

So, take it easy, enjoy the cookouts, fireworks (If you missed them the weekend), and most of all, be SAFE!

hey, hope you had a great 4th!! it was crazy traffic everywhere.

but sorry I haven't been here much. my laptop died, and it's time for a new one unless I can find a cheap way to replace the hard drive since that's the only thing that's the problem. but I definitely need wireless and my model discontinued selling the wireless card. maybe there's some external wireless option these days.

anywhooo hey yall :hello: I ain't dead...yet :haha:

and once again King I'm sooooooo proud of you and very happy for you!!!!

Is everyone from the board alive and well and accounted for?

Hope all had a great time....Chicago's fireworks were shot off simultaneously to the Chicago Symphony Orchestra performing various patriotic hymns. It was absolutely beautiful.

but Note to self *Don't mix beer, wine, and champagne, especially in copious amounts.

actually, that's not true. :shift: you are supposed to chase the champagne w/beer and sip the wine while waiting for the next champagne shot. :pals:

and have a cab ready, or two cabs in case the first cabbie puts you out. :whew:

Well, unfortunately it was raining here on the 4th so I didn't get to see any fireworks...but I got to see them the weekend!

That sucks about the laptop...but mail it to me and I'll fix it for you. Keep in mind that my rate is $50 an hour, including parts and shipping. ANd I only accept cash, no credit, no IOU's and NO Monopoly money!

And it sounds like some of us had a better time than others...

As far as I am concerned, January 1st can come tomorrow....This year as already been really stupid for me, so I will gladly welcome 2007 with open arms, even if it's in the middle of a blizzard!
