man they are totally jamming to Hendrix and Zeppelin on satellite radio this weekend. and I forgot all about Babe I'm Gonna Leave You by Zepp and Little Wing by Hendrix. I got so used to hearing Sting's version I forgot all about the original because Sting's version was pretty good as well.

:cheer: :jazzy: I found and downloaded the single for The Fever by Springsteen. I have loved that song since I was in high school. it kind of reminds me of Janis Joplin's Maybe.

and funny, today is the anniversary of Woodstock opening. I guess that explains the Jimi, Janis, Zeppelin, Dylan, Neil Young overload on satellite radio, but I sure am enjoying it all.

I told someone yesterday that If you just go on ahead and add my gestation period to my age, I may as well be 30, for all intents and purposes.

He just looked at me like: :wtf:

I loved "Brown Eyed Girl", it made me think of my high school sweetheart. When I told her about it, she was insulted and told me that her eyes were hazel. I still can't tell the difference and I still think of her when I hear the song.

P.S. I wish I was worrying about turning 30.

:cloud9: oh i LOVE Brown Eyed Girl. the music, the words, the song always puts a smile on your face. now that's music. I don't know what the hell people are listening to today with all the sex, violence and other stuff in songs.

at least make it entertaining like Missy or Snoop, as in don't take this seriously to uphold a gangsta or cheap tramp rep, just enjoy and it'll come across to others.
