What a sad night. For 12 years, I have loved this show - particularly the Andy Sipowicz and Greg Medavoy's characters. Tis sad to see them go...

Props to TNT and Court TV for running episodes in syndication.

yanno, i hate to say it, I've only watched the show once and that was last week, which is a shame esp. with my future baby's daddy being a part of the show (Jimmy Smits)

but I've always wanted to watch it. I just can't follow along with dramatic shows like i used to. if i miss the first episode, i never bother to catch it again. but this is one through the years i've heard so much about since day 1. i even missed it tonight.

so i guess i'll be getting or renting dvd's so i can follow along.

then i'll be the one writing the network talking about how could you cancel this after catching up.

I know you'll are not gonna like what I have to say ... but

I think they have the WORST acting on NYPD Blue, I've ever seen on TNT. Law & Order is so much better. I hate when they show NYPD Blue. The crying seems fake ... The busts are just plain dumb. I just think everything about the show just makes it seem like they are praticing or something.

No shade, it's just my opinion.

I'm sorry, but I'd stack Dennis Franz and his acting skill up against Jerry Orbach (God rest him) any day. I also loved him in "City of Angels" (one of my all-time favorite flicks).

As far as NYPD Blue being the worst acting on TNT - apparently you haven't seen "The Lost World"...

nope, never saw an interest in The Lost World, and someone PAID for this to air.

you know I can think of about 10 shows off hand that would do a whoooooollllleeeee lot better.

shoot follow don diva missy kitti around for a day and watch her shakedown the neighborhood critters. a laff a minute. esp. the really fat squirrel who can barely haul it to get away. which reminds me, his insurance protection payment (6 walnuts, pecans or acorns) is due

Now talking about "The Lost World" ... I normally change the TV when that comes on because it's just not interesting to me, but I don't know if I'd say they can't act. It's just that on NYPD Blue ... everything is just so fake. I mean the way they interrogate people ... I be shaking my head the entire time, like this is so UnReal.
