What NOT to do at a help desk

Yeah well...oddly enough so far I haven't seen any of those office politics, everyone is really helpful to each other...not just us newbies.

There is one thing that I've noticed, and that is that even the seniors don't know everything, so its a learning experience for all of us each day.

Might just be because I haven't been there long enough, but it still seems like there aren't any selfish people like that on the floor...
