after a series of her emotional outbreaks at our expense, it was time
to cut the cord and move on. but she is now redoing it. she now has a 10MB newsletter she wants dialup users to download 
she bitched and moaned for her files, which were advanced .php files for which she got discounted and was hooked the hell up.
after listening to her theatrics while waiting for the files that she was stealing off the network at the same time 
, she switched to HTML which gives her none of the scripting options she bitched and moaned for. 
she'll be pulling her hair out real soon trying to figure it out.
she really thinks HTML programming is word processing and was actually expecting us TO TEACH HER HTML PROGRAMMING at our expense and time!! what a joke. "oh forget about programming classes, just pick up the phone and call us for lessons! yes that's right, you too can learn an entire programming environment for free! just call us!!"and get this she calls cussing and screaming after she hacked up her store and calls herself a "humble servant of YAH"
in the same conversation where she's cussing and screaming!

which "Yah" would that be? certainly not the biblical one. 
lawd how do I find these people?
is it my job to bear witness to their falsities? and her mouth is always open giving direction 
or preventing her from listening -- more wasted time.the only good thing is she now has to pay actual money and will get a lot less (she kept lying telling us she was broke while buying this and that, and driving us crazy at our expense). and she can't get ghetto with a company that doesn't know her. she may actually learn that people have a business to run. but I feel for their support team. they're probably getting called every few minutes.
they'll pull the plug on her so quickly it's not even funny. and let one person complain about her site publicly in any way and she's shut down -- she had a host where she was the boss and all she had to do was tell us what she wanted her site, and it was done. but she wanted to be the HTML guru, but of course at our expense!
and she's trying to be a music artist with a stockpile of professionally pressed/shrinkwrapped CD's while sitting at home playing HTML guru. now she's under a host where they're the boss over final content, info, etc. and all it takes is repeated complaints from patrons or visitors. or even from the company where she stole copyrighted material from.
Some even tried to come at us with a lawsuit, talking that "treated customer unfair" nonsense but we flipped script and sued them and won each time. They forget things like what they've said and done before and how they received more than other customers and for less.
I can't count how many times I hear that.
