I WAS ON MY WAY HOME, ON THE 2 TRAIN LAST NIGHT ... AND THIS HOMELESS DUDE SAID HE WAS AN ENTERTAINER, AND BEGAN SINGING OLDIES BUT GOODIES, AND TELLING JOKES. IT WAS FUNNY JUST BECAUSE OF HOW HE WOULD SWITCH FROM ONE THING TO THE NEXT INSTANTANIEOUSLY <<<<< IS THAT SPELLED RIGHT? :dontknow:

NONETHELESS ... HE DID SAY SOME FUNNY SHYT, AND I LIKED TA FELL OUT ...

HE SAID, " WHY DID FREDDY KRUGER KILL MARTIN LUTHER KING?" ... BECAUSE HE HAD A DREAM .... :lmfao:

THEN HE SAID SOMETHING ABOUT MJ STANDING FOR MOLESTING JUNIORS ... HE WAS A MESS, WHEN I TELL YAH ... BUT DUDE HAD PEOPLE ON THE TRAIN CRACKING UP.

I like the kids that can actually do a whole show on the A train. Back flips and all in one small space.

YEAH, I BE TIPPING THOSE KIDS. IT'S BETTER THAN SEEING THEM STANDING ON CORNERS SELLING THE WHITE STUFF.

that is true. and new yorkers don't mind the entertainment if it's quality.

I just hate the religious fanatics screaming in my ear. God is NOT deaf. he can hear.

the one that was funny but sad was a lady who was chemical weapons dirty, smelly, funky. the entire back of the train car had to move to front and we were jam packed yet comfy cozy. and this was a conductor's car so you couldn't switch to another car, and on top of that an express train. she got on at 42nd and by 59th, people were like OMG, but she didn't get off. by 110th the next stop, the conductor had to put her off. he did all but drop kick her off.

there was the LOUDEST laughter and nonstop jokes on entire train car after she got off. everyone had something to say, with mormons standing by laughing. this one girl was passing out perfume samples from her magazine so people could put it near their noses. we were like they need to send HER to Iraq. that war would be over QUICKLY after one whiff of that. she smelled like 50 year old urine, wrapped in well u don't wanna know and had nerve to have a baby carriage to haul her stuff. and she was constantly scratching her private areas. we were all staring at the carriage praying there was no baby in it.

and she was staring at us like "is there a problem?" :8-/

OMG ... YOU JUST MADE ME GO INTO ONE OF THOSE UNCONTROLLABLE LAUGHTERS @ SHE SMELLED LIKE 50 YEAR OLD URINE. THAT'S JUST NASTY.

I REMEMBER THIS ONE DUDE FROM WHEN I FIRST CAME HERE IN FEB 2003 ... THE FIRST TIME I SEEN HIM, HE SAID HE HAD AIDS, AND HE JUST GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL, AND HE NEEDED SOME HELP. I GAVE HIM A DOLLAR AND THOUGHT I DID MY GOOD DEED FOR THE DAY. THEN I SEEN HIM ABOUT 2 WEEKS LATER, AND GUESS WHAT ... THE STORY WAS THE EXACT SAME THING. I FELT CONNED. :sigh:

I never give money, I give them directions and advice to nearest help center. :hand:

but I do give money to the artists. I love the saxophone and trumphet players. and love the classical music groups. it turns out a lot of these people can't practice in their apartment because of noise, so use subways, which make sense.

but man Moonlight Sonata by Beethooven is one of my all time favorites. I had to stop walking and listen to someone play it on their violin, which was interesting since it's a piano classic. turns out he was a member of the symphony. and very very good.

you know what would be a cool work of art? pics of various NYC subway musicians throughout the day, titled "My Commute"

BELIEVE IT OR NOT TAM ... I HAD THOUGHT OF WRITING A BOOK ENTITLED ... "STREET TUNES IN THE BIG APPLE". I WAS GONNA GO AROUND THE CITY AND TAKE PICTURES OF MUSICIANS, AND INTERVIEW THEM TO COMPILE A BOOK THEY COULD PROFIT FROM.
