Katrina... who screwed up and why

I have been listening to Michael Dyson all morning talk about the things that were went on during Katrina. It was mostly about the case of the doctor and nurses performing mercy killings against the people that got 15 years for looting that got caught before taking the stuff. You can listen to it at http://www.dysontalk.net/. It was really good it showed alot of different opinions on the subject.

some of those who got long sentences because of prior criminal record. however I wonder what the cops got who were also looting in uniform that was crazy.

but there's even charges in the first place given that unbelievable disaster just not right all around.

I know. Hell if I was a judge and they brought any of these cases before me (except maybe for the doctors and nurses) I would just have to slap the cops and prosecutors for wasting my time. The doctors and nurses I would have to seriously think about I mean how seriously ill were these ppl. I would have to do something about the one man that was only dizzy and they killed him but the others they might have been right to do it. I know they can't play God like that but it that might have been his will for them to do that in order for those people not to suffer. But the looters the judge should have said damn ya'll couldn't let the folks have a little beer to get them through that.

that whole Katrina aftermath was like armageddon. not even the animals could understand. my aunt said they were wandering around confused and beyond disturbed. all around sad situation. I have to wonder what the family thinks was going to happen to their family in the nursing homes?? would they miraculously swim out in less than a minute. they were going to die and painfully by drowning.

so this case is beyond confusing.
