safest place would be France or Japan, but not necessarily since Japan also had coalition forces involved initially.
Canada now has soldiers fighting in Iraq, which makes them a target. and even sadder because I don't think they've been focused on security and who's in their own country before they threw their hat into the rink.
right now because France refused to get involved in the war, safest place to be, unless you think you can function in Mexico or the caribbean w/the hurricanes.

I think Hillary can win if she would just say as a Democrat I fucked up and voted for the war.
