1. If you answer the phone after 12 midnight and proceed to meet a man at a hotel -- YOU CANNOT LATER CRY RAPE! Mike Tyson never should have went to jail for rape!! That was a STRAIGHT UP BOOTY CALL!

2. If enter a man's hotel room AFTER YOUR ASS SHOULD HAVE LEFT THE BUILDING, knowing he's married and knowing you work at the hotel and shouldn't be f'g around with the guests, YOU CANNOT LATER CRY RAPE AND THEN SUE!!!

I agree whole-heartedly ... And the funny thing is, I think the law-makers might even think this may be a good idea, after the outcome of Kobe's trial is revealed. It's time to stop wasting TAX payers dollars on False Claims from Booty Call Respondants who like to SCREAM rape after the hot sex is over, and they know that they probably will never get it again.

I agree with the majority. I haven't had a sista come to my place after 11pm just to talk. Now whether or not she stays the night is a whole other issue. Keep in mind ladies, just because you have a sexual relationship with a brother doesn't make you wifey. Not at that moment, the next day or the following month. we may actually have a loophole in the booty call shield law if you don't get them out quickly. I guess I better add a "prepare contractual agreement" clause for your booty call to the law -- a pre-booty call-nup ! hahahahaha

Well there are ways around having to go to court, but it is a little more difficult when you've let them stay for so long. I guess she was WHIPPED, now she's complaining.
