how come just before an important game, a key person's

family member dies.

last year, it was the quarterback's mother/grandmother just before a critical playoff game. and under non-expected circumstances.

now this 18 year old kid is found under "odd" circumstances dead. do we know if the girlfriend was really his girlfriend.

just wondering how serious sports betting has become? or are these just odd coincidences.

From what I've heard on ESPN TV and radio, it appears to be a suicide.

It's such a sad thing for the family, I don't think it could get much worse, no matter what else comes out.

I can't recall an NFL coach spoken more highly of, as a person.

for some reason, I can't buy the suicide, not from this kid. there would have been signs, behavior changes, etc.

he appeared to be a happy person w/a positive outlook on life. also most actively athletic people are not suicidal, unless there would be a drug factor involved.

I'm not for conspiracy theories, but I suspect something foul behind this. the timing is too much of a coincidence.

I'd also have to question the girlfriend, even make her take a polygraph. but they'll figure it out, eventually. I hope

either way, all around sad situation.
